Grammy award-winning singer Burna Boy has been called out for skipping Davido’s father’s name during his recent performance in London.
On Friday night, the Grammy singer held his African Giant Live from London concert, where in a video that is currently making rounds, he seems to take a dig at his rival’s family. In the clip, Burna Boy was seen performing one of his hit songs, Dangote. In the lyrics of his song, he had name-dropped several Nigerian billionaires like Dangote, Otedola, Alakija, Adeleke and Adenuga, noting how despite their wealth, they are still hustling.
However, during his performances, he mentioned the names of the other billionaires and purposely skipped Davido’s father’s name.
Calling him out, one Johnny questioned why he did that. He tweeted, “Why Burna skip Davido’s papa”.

It is no longer news that Davido and Burna Boy have been sworn enemies, as they never cease to take a swipe at each other.
Recently, Burna had dissed Davido after a fan advised him to follow his lead and start a family. Responding to him, Burna told him to leave him alone as he questioned if he didnât see what Davido was facing with one of his baby mamas.
While responding to another fan who faulted him for dissing the singer, he noted how the person didnât use the best example.
