Bose Ogulu, the mother and manager of music star Burna Boy, has been left speechless over the grand gesture from the singer and his siblings.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared photos and videos from her surprise birthday celebration as she stated that she is honestly at a loss for words when it comes to her family and team.
Bose, who is speechless, said she didn’t feel like doing anything this year for her birthday, but her family went above and beyond to make her day special. She noted how her birthday was filled with so much love, laughter, and, of course, thoughtful gifts. The proud mother stated that she didn’t know what she did to deserve such incredible people in her life.
“I’m honestly at a loss for words when it comes to my family and team. I’m beyond speechless! Even when I didn’t feel like doing anything, they went above and beyond to make the day special. It was filled with so much love, laughter, and, of course, thoughtful gifts.
I truly don’t know what I’ve done to deserve such incredible people in my life”.
This isn’t the first time her kids have gone all out for her. For her birthday last year, Burna brought his mother on stage during his performance in Austin, Texas, and they enjoyed a cute mother-and-son moment before he serenaded with love. The audience joined the singer as they sang a birthday song while kissing her.
Speaking on it, Bose Ogulu expressed how blessed she was over the sweet gesture. Describing it as an unforgettable moment, she gushed over how her son surprised her on stage with the sweetest birthday serenade.
In 2022, Burna Boy’s mother had opened up on managing him, which was a form of sacrifice and not ambition.
The businesswoman managed Burna’s career at the initial growth stage in 2014 and dropped because she had kids to raise, which came with a lot of responsibility. However, she fully resumed her managerial position in 2017 and has collected several awards for the African Giant, which earned her the nickname “Mama Burna.”
Since taking up her role as his manager, the singer’s career has undoubtedly skyrocketed over the years across the globe, and his proud mother has never failed to praise him.
