Billionaire businessman Adedeji Adeleke has landed in Nigeria ahead of his superstar son, Davido’s wedding.
Kemi Filani reported that it is an exciting time for the Adeleke family as Davido weds the love of his life and mother of his 3 kids (with one being late), on June 25th, 2024.
Ahead of the grand wedding, his billionaire father, Adedeji Adeleke has landed in Nigeria in his private jet to witness the occasion. Davido took to his Instagram story and Twitter to share the good news with a video of his father arriving in grand style. In the clip, the billionaire was seen alighting form his jet and he shook hands with the airport crew.
“My twin has landed”, Davido captioned the video.
In another, he wrote, “Papa Bear is here”.
Hours ago, Davido’s elder brother, Ayoola Adeleke had hailed their father. Sharing photos of him with his father, he stated that he is forever a proud son of him as he noted how he has been working with his father since he was a graduate more than 23 years ago and has witnessed his amazing accomplishments in business and in life.
In October last year, Davido had recounted how his father once used his power to hinder his progress in the music industry because he wanted him to graduate first before pursuing his career ambition.
His cousin, B-Red had also narrated how he sold 20TVs from the singerâs fatherâs house to raise money. He narrated how Don Jazzy had offered to help them with a condition, which led them to sell out Davidoâs fatherâs Televisions in a desperate attempt to raise money.
In 2022, Davido had penned a heartfelt note to his father, recounting his impact on his life. He credited him for teaching him humility, hard work, and life principles, attesting that his father was the one who taught him that wealth shouldnât change oneâs personality.
