Yoruba Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has updated her fans on her son’s growth.
Sharing a video of the toddler playing, she described him as a rainbow after the storm. She revealed that her son finally said his first word, ‘Dada’. Amusa admitted that she was jealous, further revealing that her son had started crawling, which forced her to rearrange and clear everything in the house.
She added that he stands with support and plays a lot with them. The proud mother expressed gratitude to have such a great time and memories with him.

Kemi Filani reported in November, last year, Dayo welcomed a baby boy, Oluwafirewamiri. Noting how her treasure had arrived, Dayo expressed gratitude to her Maker as she expressed how excited she was to be a mum.
Last month, to celebrate his 6 months on earth, Dayo shared photos of her son as she noted how time is an absolute thief and expressed how proud she and his father are to be his parents. The proud mother said she can’t wait to see him grow and his next journey.
At her son’s naming ceremony, many noticed that her son’s father was absent and her colleague, Damola Olatunji stood in for him, which left many talking. Addressing them, Dayo questioned if their husbands were missing.
In December, days before Christmas, Dayo had shared her testimony. She recounted her ordeals and revealed that she had 3 miscarriages. She recalled how her ex-husband abandoned her because of her battle with infertility and got someone else pregnant.
Back in February, Amusa opened up on her journey to motherhood. She recounted how she broke down in tears in front of her domestic workers as she cried to her Maker, giving him an ultimatum to either take her life or fulfil his promise for her as she noted how she had undergone several medical checkups and surgeries.
