Nigerian singer Dbanj is celebrating popular clergyman Pastor Jerry Eze as he marks his birthday today, August 22nd, 2024.
Taking to his Instagram page, he shared a video of him paying the clergyman a surprise visit in Abuja. In his caption, Dbanj stated that it was an honour to surprise him as he noted how, even on his birthday, Pastor Jerry took time to bless them.
The singer, who recently celebrated 20 years in the entertainment industry, noted how Pastor Jerry Eze’s relentless faith and passion for God continue to inspire them. He prayed that God’s grace and favour continued to overflow his life and appreciated him for being a blessing to many.

Dbanj isn’t the only celebrity who celebrated the clergyman. Nollywood actors Mike Ezurounye and Yul Edochie joined thousands in celebrating him.
On his Instagram page, Mike Ezurounye declared the clergyman the only pastor he certified. He stated that Jerry Eze is a man God has called to do His work, and it was great to have nations listen. Praying for him, he stated that the clergyman is above always.
Yul Edochie also took to his Instagram page to celebrate the clergyman, describing him as his brother and man. He wished him more beautiful years and prayed for God to lead him always.
Since gaining widespread attention, Pastor Jerry Eze has been topping headlines and breaking records. Early this month, Jerry Eze emerged as Nigeria’s highest-earning YouTube creator, amassing over N7 billion through his prayer meetings, which he streams live mainly from the platform.
Recently, the popular clergyman, during his NSPPD event in the UK, had healed a young girl who had been unable to walk. In a viral video, the young child received a sudden healing during the prayer conference and started walking, which left the crowd at the event in shock.
