Nollywood actor Deyemi Okanlawon has penned a heartfelt message to his colleague and best friend, Kunle Remi, and his wife.
Kemi Filani reported on Sunday that the couple who tied the knot last year celebrated their first wedding anniversary.
Taking to his Instagram page to share a clip of the couple, Deyemi congratulated them on their first milestone as he wished them more years of marital bliss.
“Congratulations, Tiwi and @kunleremiofficial. wishing you many, many years of marital bliss!”.
To mark his anniversary, Kunle shared some highlights from his wedding as he penned a romantic note to his wife and appreciated his fans, friends, and family for sharing the moments with them. He encouraged them to stay safe because he and his wife have 109 more years and more celebrations to come.
Recall that on New Year’s Day, last year, the light-skinned actor broke the internet when he revealed to the world that he had officially tied the knot with his heartthrob. The actor further revealed that there was no proposal video, stating that though he went down on his knee, there was no one to record the sweet moment as it was spontaneity.
Two weeks after the announcement, the couple held their traditional wedding in Lagos, with many celebrities in attendance. Kemi Filani shared the first photos and videos from their traditional wedding, which had Toyin Abraham, Mofe Duncan, Deyemi Okanlawon, and Bimbo Ademoye all dressed in white Agbadas.
A day after, Kunle and Tiwi held their white wedding, with many celebrities in attendance. Billionaire Otedola, his wife, and his first daughter, Tolani, attended the wedding to support Tiwi, who is Otedola’s niece.
Following his wedding, Kunle shared with his fans and followers the secret of his glowing look. He credited his wife’s breast for his glowing skin, and admonished his fans to read the book of Proverbs.
