Nigerian disc jockey and entertainer DJ Switch has made a jaw-dropping revelation about popular church, The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
Taking to the micro-blogging platform Twitter, now known as X, Switch claimed that the church, Pastor E.A Adeboye oversees is a political wing of the All Progressive Congress (APC). She stated that if by now people don’t know this, then she doesn’t know what to tell them.
She, however, expressed hope that Nigerians will find for themselves what they are looking for in churches. She stated that one’s blessings are in the policies of their country, state, local government, etc and not in the church or their pastor. She added that their general safety is in the efficiency of their nation’s protection services and not the church.
“If by now, you still don’t believe that RCCG is a useless political wing of this useless APC, then I really don’t know what to tell you.
One day, I hope Nigerians will find for themselves what they are looking for in churches.

DJ Switch has not been a fan of the popular clergyman as she never fails to criticise. Months back, she had tackled the renowned clergyman over his double standards. The famous disc jockey noted how the founder of The Redeemed Christian Church is always urging Nigerians to pray for the country yet doesn’t call out the cause of Nigeria’s woes, which is the government.
She noted how people always say clergymen aren’t to be touched because of their anointing, yet Jesus always called out corruption.
In another past post, she slammed the clergyman over his expression of hope in Bola Ahmed Tinubu to fix and rebuild Nigeria with the help of God.
She slammed him for his silence during the election period when Nigerians needed it the most while noting how he had stayed mute when “his friends” were mounting injustices and oppressing the citizens but has suddenly found his voice and wants the president-elect to fix the country.
