Nigerian content creator and actor Kamo State has expressed gratitude to filmmaker Funke Akindele for treating his wife and newborn to breakfast and shopping.
On his Instagram page, Kamo shared a video of him, his wife, and their newborn meeting Funke at a restaurant. She treated them to breakfast and also took their daughter shopping.
Kamo revealed that Funke told him to bring his wife and daughter to spend the weekend with her, and she insisted that he bring them in the morning for breakfast.
The upcoming actor said he had an amazing time with her and described Funke as the mother God gave him through grace.
“Mama said she would like Sonia and her Mum to come spend the weekend with her. I was planning to take them there yesterday afternoon, but Iyami insisted I bring them in the morning for breakfast with her family first.
Had an amazing time with the mother God gave me with GRACE, after breakfast, SONIA even did shopping oooo.
All I can say is thank you, iyami. Meanwhile, as I’m typing this, Sonia is still in her grandma’s house. I’ve been sleeping well since last night. The Grandma should resume her duty.

Recall that in December, Kamo and Esther had tied the knot in a traditional and white wedding ceremony with many celebrities in attendance.
In May, Kamo and his wife had announced the birth of their first child. Sharing photos of the newborn, the skitmaker expressed gratitude to his wife, noting how she did the hardest job.
In a follow-up post, Kamo stirred the internet with his heartfelt appreciation epistle to Funke Akindele. The proud father narrated how the mother of two tried to help his wife give birth to their baby in the United States of America, got them the best medical facility in Nigeria, and gave his wife her driver and full security. He spoke about how she called daily to ensure his wife’s well-being.
A speechless Funke took to the comment section to accept the gratitude, stating that God would have made another person available if she hadn’t rendered her help.
He also appreciated her financially sponsoring his child’s naming ceremony. Raining prayers on her, Kamo revealed that the actress refused to let him spend a dime from his pocket.
Funke’s love for Kamo definitely knows no bounds as last year, Kamo State had appreciated her for her support following his wedding. He spoke about how genuine Jenifa had been since the time they met and expressed how honoured he is to be associated with her.
