Its been a week since Ifeanyi Adeleke, the son of music star, Davido and his fiancée, Chioma Rowland passed away; however, celebrities, colleagues, friends and fans have continued to mourn the young champ.
Kemi Filani News reported that on 31st October, Ifeanyi drowned at his father’s residence at Banana Island, Lagos, a few days after the celebration of his third birthday anniversary.
Thereafter, the Nigerian Police Force picked up nine domestic workers who were present at Davido’s residence when the sad event occurred. However an update from the Police confirmed that some of the workers were released.
Police confirm cause of Ifeanyi’s death
Kemi Filani News reported that the Lagos State Police Command revealed the result of the autopsy conducted on the corpse of Ifeanyi Adeleke, and confirmed he died as a result of drowning.
The State Police PRO, Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the development. He said, “Autopsy has been concluded. It confirms the boy (Ifeanyi) drowned.”
2Baba mourns Ifeanyi Adeleke
Legendary singer, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba took to his Instagram story to mourn Ifeanyi’s death.
Sharing a picture of the late Ifeanyi and his parents, 2Baba wrote, “Nobody can truly understand what these 2 young beautiful people are going through right now. This cuts so deep, I’m still speechless”.
Nkechi Blessing slams Davido’s staff, tag them as ‘nonentities’
Kemi Filani News recalls that Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday tagged Davido’s staff nonentities.
According to the mother of one, Davido looks out for everyone. However few hours of being away, his staff couldn’t watch over the late young champ.
“A man that looked out for everyone, just few hours away you nonentities couldn’t watch over a small child!!” She wrote.
