Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has said a word of prayer for her son-in-law, Juma Jux as he bags an award in Cote D’iviore.
Kemi Filani reported that the Tanzanian singer had appreciated Priscilla Ojo after winning the Best Artists/Group Eastern Africa 2024 at the Jaylia Awards in Cote D’Ivoire. While receiving his award, Juma appreciated his Priscilla, who he called his beautiful wife-to-be. He pointed to her from the stage as the crowd cheered on them.
Reacting to his win, Priscilla, via her Instagram story, congratulated him.
Also reacting to his win, his mother-in-law, Iyabo Ojo, congratulated him as she said a word of prayer for him. The movie star prayed for him to win more.

In September, Iyabo prayed for Priscilla and her boo, Juma Jux, after he made a love song for her daughter. Taking to her Instagram page to repost the video, Iyabo prayed that their happiness be everlasting as she teased their wedding in 2025.
In a previous post, the controversial actress had penned a heartfelt note to her Tanzanian in-laws for embracing her daughter after she visited their country. Iyabo appreciated her in-laws for embracing her daughter with warmth and acceptance.
She stated how their kindness means everything to her. Making a promise to them, Iyabo vowed to shut down the city of Lagos and give them a grand welcome anytime they visit Nigeria.
When Iyabo saw a video of Priscilla’s grand welcome when she arrived in Tanzania, Iyabo penned a heartfelt note to her in-laws and the women of Tanzanian over their warm welcome. She appreciated them, especially the women of Mkambala, for accepting and warmly welcoming her daughter, as she called herself Iya Iyawo.
Recall that when the news of Priscilla and Jux’s relationship first made rounds on July, Iyabo had expressed joy at their relationship as she stated that she was gearing up for a wedding between the two.
Iyabo is undoubtedly basking in the euphoria of her daughter getting married early as in March, she revealed her desire for Priscilla to follow her footstep by getting married at a young age and having kids. The mother of two stated that Priscilla always avoids questions about marriage, but she isn’t the type to put her child under pressure.
