Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has said a word of prayers for new parents, Davido and Chioma following the reported birth of their twins.
The movie star and girlfriend of Talent manager, Paulo Okoye, while sharing a clip of the couple, congratulated them on their new bundle of joy.
Describing their twins as a jewel of inestimable values, she prayed for God’s protection, provision, and happiness for them.
“Congratulations, @thechefchi & @davido, on your jewels of inestimable values …….. God’s protection, provision, and happiness forever”.
Hours ago her colleagues, Susan Peters, Junior Pope, Victoria Inyama, and media personality, Daddy Freeze had celebrated the couple.
Daddy Freeze wrote, “Congratulations to Davido as his wife gives birth”.
Susan Peters, on her part, noted how God gave them double for their pain.
Calling them ‘Papa and Mama Ejima’, she rejoiced with the couple.
Junior Pope noted how God is indeed the greatest as he gave all glory to Him.
“God is indeed the greatest all glory to him. Congratulations @davido and Chioma”.
Victoria Inyama, who was overjoyed with the news, revealed that she woke up to the news of their twins, which for her, is a reminder that God is over all.
She noted how the couple have been through hell and back especially from the trauma of losing a child, and then to hateful slanders.
The veteran claimed she worried over their mental, emotional, and psychological health but she was assured that greatness begets gigantic tribulations.
Kemi Filani reported on Tuesday that Davido and his wife, Chioma have reportedly welcomed twins.
Though the couple has yet to confirm the news, Davido fueled the rumors after he hinted at his wife becoming ‘Mama Ibeji’ (mother of twins) in his song titled ‘In The Garden’, which features Morravey.
The singer had also tweeted on Sunday that this week would be the best week in his life.
His brother, Adewale Adeleke further fueled the rumors as he gave thanks to God on Twitter.
Though not revealing further, he tweeted, “We thank God”.
Also fueling the rumors more, music executive, Ovie stated that he had confirmed the news.
Congratulating the couple, he noted how God gave them double blessings.
Meanwhile, Investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, had also confirmed the rumors, as she shared details about the twins’ birth.
Kemi disclosed that Chioma delivered twins – a boy and a girl on Monday, 9th October 2023 at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, US.
She claimed that Chioma, who had been on bed rest for 90 days, welcomed her twins, through cesarean operation (CS) at 38 weeks.
