Nigerian celebrity influencer and beauty entrepreneur Laura Ikeji has put to rest separation rumors from her husband, Ogbonna Kanu as they celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared jaw-dropping photos of her and her husband in matching outfits, as she expressed how shocked she is that they have been married for 8 years.
“I can’t believe we’ve been married for 8 years. Happy wedding anniversary to me and my husband”.
In another post, Laura shared a video of their wedding anniversary highlight. In the clip, the parents of three were targeted to a romantic massage room with candlelight, flowers, champagne and more by Susan Channel Beauty

The beauty influencer sparked separation rumors from her husband over her Christmas post. Laura shared family photos of her and her kids with her husband excluded. The younger sister of Linda Ikeji, in her caption, penned a heartfelt note to God as she described herself as a lucky woman. Laura went on to thank God for her life and that of her kids, but failed to mention her husband.
Also, in 2022, Laura had celebrated Christmas without her husband. While sharing photos from the family’s yearly Christmas shoot, she revealed that this would mark her first Christmas without her husband who was overseas working. She, however, hoped that next year, it would be a complete family.
Recall that Laura and Ogbonna tied the knot in holy matrimony at a traditional wedding that took place in her home town in Nkwerre LGA, of Imo state, in January, 2017.
In 2022, during an episode of the Real Housewives of Lagos reality show, Ikeji revealed that her husband cheated on her with her best friend. However, this was when they were still dating.
In a different news, Laura shared some insights on what it feels like to be a parent taking care of a little baby. She revealed that her and her husband , do not sleep until 3-4am every single day because they both take turns in caring for their new baby. She also further questioned how he was still able to get up every morning to go to the gym, despite sleeping so late.
