Yinka Theisen, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has issued a stern warning to May Edochie.
On her Facebook and Instagram page, Yinka claimed that a bunch of May Edochie’s fans wrote a petition to her employers that she was bullying a suicidal woman just to get her fired. Describing their action as absurd, she noted how these people attacked her kids, shared her number, and when she retaliated, she became a target.
She noted how they kept railing her until Linc announced their break-up to please them. Yinka made it known that she isn’t a coward, and the cyberbullying still continues.
She publicly warned May to leave her alone, noting that she is the leader of the May Nation and her fans are doing her bidding. She threatened to start legal proceedings if the bullying continued.
“A bunch of women wrote a petition to my employers that I was bullying A suicidal woman who is not suicidal at all, just to get me fired. How absurd. A bunch of brainless, unintelligent, insàne women. You attacked my kids. I shared my number, and when I shared your leader’s phone number, I became a target. Kept pushing till Linc Edochie announced a break-up to please all of you. I am not a coward & the silly cyberbullying still continues. May Yul Edochie, I am warning you publicly for the last time, leave me alone!!!!
I am publicly warning May Yul Edochie for the last time. If you don’t desist from your actions, I will start legal proceedings. Enough is enough”.
Yinka married Linc in June 2025 and immediately began publicly showing love to Yul Edochie and Judy Austin, a move that did not go down well with supporters of May Edochie.
Last month, Linc had distanced himself from Yinka following her attacks on May Edochie. He made it known that he doesn’t endorse May’s attacks or posting her number online, which had triggered meaningless retaliation. Yul’s elder brother added that it is better to be alone and at peace than to be in a union filled with landmines.
Reacting to his public statement, Yinka expressed sadness at how a man she loves can throw her under the bus over an argument because of fear. Yinka added that since he cowardly embarrassed her on social media, she will respond in kind.
In her first interview, Yinka said she didn’t like how the family threw her under the bus and believes it’s because she is Yoruba. She noted how she was accused of leaking the phone numbers of family members, which she denied. She alleged that Rita Edochie is pretending to be on May Edochie’s side while instigating problems for May behind the scenes.
