Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe Adeoti is already counting down to her 47th birthday on January 1st, 2025.
In an Instagram post, the filmmaker shared new photos of herself as she reflected on the past year. Mercy revealed that she won, lost, cried, laughed, loved, and learned a lot this year.
She revealed that she woke up with a heart filled with joy, praise, and gratitude and disclosed that her favorite color is blue.

Two weeks back, Mercy revealed that she had lost her Lagos mansion to a fire incident. The movie star shared a video of the aftermath of her property, as she expressed how devastated she was.
Speaking out, Mercy responded generally to everyone who had reached out to her, as she noted how her phone had been buzzing with calls, messages, and prayers. An overwhelmed Aigbe expressed how each message, support, and prayer meant for her, praying evil will not befall her well-wishers.
A day back, Mercy had recounted one of the challenging moments she faced while filming her latest Cinema movie, Thinline. In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, she revealed that she woke up one morning on set and her eyes were swollen, and she couldn’t film. She said the pain was excruciating and she had to be hospitalized.
Mercy stated that it had been an experience for her on this journey as there have been a lot of challenges while filming the movie, but she gives God the glory. Mercy stressed that the movie took a lot of pain, blood, and sweat.
