Nigerian rapper and singer Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojokwu better known as Odumodublvck has made a bombshell revelation about his female colleagues, Tems and Ayra Starr.
In a a recent interview, he revealed that the reason Tems and Ayra Starr wear big clothes to the studio is because everyone wants to sleep with them. He claimed superstar singer, Wizkid also wants to sleep with Tems.
He noted how Tems just wants to make a bit and still has to worry about how to make the producer not like her. He admonished she and Ayra to hold steadfastly unto God.
“Tems has to wear big clothes to studios because everybody wants to fvck her. She wound want to make a hit and still has to think about how to make the producer not like her. You these babes will need to hold on to God”.
Last year, Yemi Alade revealed the reason she hardly wins an award in the music industry is because men wanted to sleep with her. She also further stated that her refusal to engage in such activities had impacted her award recognition in Nigeria.
Reacting to it, Cynthia Morgan had revealed how she was able to survive sexual harassment in the music industry. She said her tomboy attitude and constant threatening of people made them scared of her. The former dancehall singer expressed how saddened she was by how being feminine and wanting to be successful makes one a prey.
Female artistes aren’t the only ones facing sexual harassment, even actresses in Nollywood experience such. Actress, Bimbo Ademoye recounted how movie producers wanted to take advantage of her curvaceous physique during the early stages of her career. She claimed filmmakers wanted to stereotype her to sexual roles, because of her sexy body but she declined. Luckily for her, filmmaker, Uduak Isong gave her ‘her’ first big break.
