Nollywood actress, Ronke Oshodi Oke is marking her birthday with gratitude to God.
The light-skinned movie star revealed that she marked her birthday last year in St Nicholas hospital while on a sick bed.
But this year, she is marking it hale and hearty.
Sharing a beautiful photo of herself, she appreciated her creator for the gift of life.
“Happy birthday to me, myself and I. Thank you, Jesus I’m +one”.
The mother of two also has another reason to be grateful as her daughter was poisoned weeks back.

Just weeks back, Ronke Oshodi called out her daughter’s tertiary institution for their negligence.
The light-skinned Yoruba thespian in a video posted on her Instagram page, narrated how her daughter was poisoned by either her friends or roommates.
According to her, she got a distress call at 3:45 am informing her that her daughter was in the hospital because she drank hypo.
On getting there, she saw her daughter in distress as she was crying and looking dishevelled.
Though how her daughter drank hypo remains a mystery to everyone, she felt her friends/roommates were trying to poison her.
Ronke stated that she bought her daughter a nontransparent water bottle, which she took to school, and drinks from with a straw, which made it possible for her to be poisoned.
Not disclosing the name of the institution, Ronke Oshodi warned them not to mess with her kids as she wouldn’t take it lightly with them if there is a reoccurrence.

In a past interview, Ronke Oshodi Oke spoke out on her weight loss journey.
The movie star made headlines after photos of her looking quite slim made rounds online.
The photos got tongues wagging, with some insinuating that she was suffering from one ailment or the other.
The actress, however, dismissed the claims in an interview, saying, “I am 100 per cent fine and okay. But, I am on a weight loss journey for certain reasons. I would soon be 50 years old, and I feel this is the appropriate time to lose weight. By the time, I am getting close to 60, I will continue adding weight.
I had wanted to lose weight for a very long time. I had taken several weight loss pills, teas, and different products that helped to shed weight, but it didn’t work for me. I have tried those for more than five years. Then, one day, I saw a product that works for me, and I grabbed the opportunity. When I started my weight loss journey, I weighed 110kg. Now, I am 87kg. My goal is 85kg. Once I get there, I would stop.”
