Afrobeat music producer and recording artist, Samklef has issued a warning to singer, Davido on the ongoing police case between Very Dark Man and Tonto Dikeh.
Taking to his Instagram page, he revealed that he has forgiven Davido, however, he is warning him to stay clear of any involvement in the VDM case. Hence, he would risk tarnishing his reputation again, like he did last time.
He reminded him how he used the police to silence Blessing CEO and Abu Salami, unfortunately, he couldn’t do the same for Amaju Pinnick.
Noting how Davido is a great guy, he told him not to mess up and allow the police to handle it without interference. He added that if he finds out Davido is involved in the case, he would drag him on social media like a Nigerian generator.
“Dear Davido,
I want you to know that I’ve forgiven you. However, I’m sending this message as a warning for you to stay clear of any involvement in the VDM matter, as you risk tarnishing your reputation again like you did last time. Remember how you used the police to silence Blessings CEO and Abu? And now, you had to pay Pinnick 30 million back. You’re a great guy, but you messed up! This time, let the police handle it without interference. If I find out you’re involved, I’ll drag you on this social media like a Nigerian generator.

Kemi Filani reported on Friday that Tonto Dikeh had arrested Very Dark Man for cyberbullying and threat to life. The threat to life stemmed from him claiming that the actress co-runs the popular anonymous blog, Gistlover, which has been bringing people down.
As a result of his false allegation, those who have been trying to unravel the identity of the anonymous blog have been sending death threats to the actress, which has led her to arrest Very Dark Man who is currently in a cell in Abuja.
Recall that last year, Samklef had dragged Davido for blocking him on social media after he accused Samklef of leaking photos of his wife, Chioma, and their twins, which Samklef denied.
Angered by Davido’s action, Samklef had taken several shots at Davido, over accusations of him owing people, referring to Davido as “owe owe 1,” a play on Davido’s signature “001”, indirectly labeling him as a beggar and advised him to look up to his rival, Wizkid.
Samklef even went as low as comparing the music star to Portable’s former signee, Yung Dee, and gave him further suggestions.
Surprisingly, he appeared to have ended his feud with Davido, as he called on him to start making amends and apologize to those he’s allegedly wronged. Samklef pointed out that Davido had once publicly insulted his uncle, Dele Momodu, because of a financial dispute. He also accused Davido of accepting money from the NFF chairman while continuing to taunt and belittle the eldërly man and more.
