Sophia Momodu, the first babymama of award-winning singer Davido, has slammed a follower for giving unsolicited advice over her recent post.
Kemi Filani reported on Thursday that while reflecting on her and Imade’s trip to Disneyland, last year, Sophia stated that she fulfilled a promise that was intentionally broken to a child. She implied that Davido broke his promise to take Imade on a trip to Disneyland. Bragging, Sophia indirectly stated that nobody can break a promise to her child.
A follower of hers, via her Snapchat page, noted how if Sophia doesn’t care for Imade, no one else would do the same, and if someone else does the things she is doing for Imade, her daughter would her treated badly. She admonished Sophia to love intentionally, be calm and accept her presence. The follower added that anyone telling her otherwise doesn’t like her.
“If you don’t do it, no one else would. And if she ever gets it from elsewhere, she would be treated so badly for it. So you should be a mother, Love intentionally, be calm, and accept the present. Those telling you otherwise don’t like you”.
Replying to her, Sophia stated that she is the one solely taking care of Imade, and she would continue to flaunt her. She questioned how her life affected the follower as she noted how she didn’t run into her at the private jet terminal and until then, she can’t take her unsolicited advice.
“You right, it’s all ME. And as I continue to impress myself as a parent imma talk my shit, how it affects your reality is none of my business. Also, I didn’t run into you at the private jet terminal today maybe if we ever do you can try to offer your unsolicited advice and see until then. You already know what to do so with that water shawty. Drink up”.
Weeks back, Sophia had slammed Isreal DMW, Davido’s personal logistics for attributing all her efforts to the singer. Sophia had taken Imade to Monaco on a vacation, and Israel DMW had commented, saying that it was Davido’s money that sponsored the trip. Sophia Momodu seemed heated about the whole issue, and she made it known that she doesn’t receive monetary benefits from Davido and Israel privately apologized to her.
Recall that things turned sour between Davido and Sophia after the singer publicly declared love for his now wife, Chioma Rowland, and reunited with her. This left Sophia infuriated, and she shared a post about a cat not taking rubbish from a dog. She later went on an extensive rant, accusing him of financially abusing her.
In June, Davido filed a lawsuit, demanding joint custody of Imade as he claimed Sophia Momodu was denying him access to her and was extorting money from him, which she denied. A week later, she had opposed his joint custody battle, citing the death of his son, among others, as reasons the singer is unfit to raise their daughter on his own.
