Sophia Momodu, the first babymama of music star Davido, has resumed shading him as she reflected on her and Imade’s trip to Disneyland.
Taking to her Snapchat, the mother of one stated that a year ago, she fulfilled a promise that was intentionally broken to a child. Sophia implies that Davido broke his promise to take Imade on a trip to Disneyland.
Bragging, Sophia indirectly stated that nobody can break a promise to her child.
“1 year ago, I fulfilled a promise that was intentionally broken to a child cos NOT Sophia’s daughter Chile”.
Weeks back, Sophia had slammed Isreal DMW, Davido’s logistics manager, for attributing all her efforts to the singer. Sophia had taken Imade to Monaco on a vacation, and Israel DMW had commented, saying that it was Davido’s money that sponsored the trip. Sophia Momodu seemed heated about the whole issue, and she made it known that she doesn’t receive monetary benefits from Davido and, Israel privately apologized to her.
Recall that things turned sour between Davido and Sophia after the singer publicly declared love for his now wife, Chioma Rowland, and reunited with her. This left Sophia infuriated, and she shared a post about a cat not taking rubbish from a dog. She later went on an extensive rant, accusing him of financially abusing her.
In June, Davido filed a lawsuit, demanding joint custody of Imade as he claimed Sophia Momodu was denying him access to her and was extorting money from him, which she denied. A week later, she had opposed his joint custody battle, citing the death of his son, among others, as reasons the singer is unfit to raise their daughter on his own.
Amid the drama, Sophia had tooted her horns at her daughter’s school. She stated that she found herself reminiscing, and she missed having a school routine with Imade Adeleke. Sophia revealed that one of her fondest memories of school being in session was when she was invited to her daughter’s prestigious school for World Career Day as a social brand influencer, and she was delighted to see how many of the kids were already thinking outside of the box and dreaming big.
