Nigerian gospel singer Tim Godfrey has reacted to a video of music star Davido vibing to his song at his white wedding in Miami.
Kemi Filani reported on Sunday, August 10th, the singer and his wife, held their white wedding ceremony in Miami. The likes of Dangote, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, Obi Cubana and his wife, Dbanj and his wife, Uche Jombo, Zlatan and wife, and more were in attendance.
On her Instagram page, Tim revealed that seeing the video stirred something within him, and people don’t understand why he does what he does. He stated that he is called to influence the world and take over it for Christmas, and he isn’t going to play small about his labour for the gospel because the church is yet to see that not all of them are called for the four corners of the church.
Tim added that some of them are sent mainstream to reach in Acts 18, and it doesn’t have to sound like church for it to be God orchestrated.
The gospel singer added that his name is Dr Tim Godfrey, and he has no label other than gospel.
“This really stirred something within me; many of us don’t understand why we do what we do. We are called to influence the world and take over it for Christ! I’m not going to play small about my labour for the gospel because the church is yet to see that not all of us are called for the four corners of the church! Some of us are sent mainstream to reach out to the stray.

A few days back, Davido reacted to advice he received from one of the pastors who officiated the wedding ceremony. The pastor cautioned him about other women and urged him to live by the message of one of his hit songs, “Unavailable.” Reacting to it, Davido said people should clear the road as he mounts.
Following his highly publicised wedding, Davido made it known that he and his wife, Chioma, had an amazing, perfect wedding. He revealed that their bodies are still sweetening them, as he stated that nothing anyone can say or do will change the fact that they had a fairytale wedding, and the whole world celebrated them.
Eniola Badmus, who was a former best friend of Davido, made a play on words using Davido’s song title as she prayed that their union be sweeter than Fall and stronger than Aye
Ruby Ojiakor congratulated the couple, describing Davido as her in-law and destiny helper, and Chioma as her Imo sister. Affirming her love for them, she declared that God is the greatest.
Also, actress Christabel Egbenya had declared love for Davido and Chioma. Describing the couple as her lovers, she urged anyone with different news to keep it for the next two weeks, as the internet is all about Davido and Chioma.
