Nigerian music star Ayo Balogun Wizkid has added another feather to his cap following a recent achievement his trending song Essence ft Tems made.
The new record was set after Wizkid’s Essence made history by topping seven different Billboard charts this week.
Wizkid’s Essence topped seven different Billboard charts, including World Digital Song Sales, Adult R&B Airplay, R&B Digital Song Sales, and Hot R&B Songs.

Kemifilani, in an earlier report via Billboard Magazine, confirmed that Wizkid’s Made in Lagos album had been submitted for a category in the 2022 Grammy Awards.
Should Wizkid’s “Made In Lagos” album make it to the 2022 Grammys nomination list, the Nigerian international singer will be competing with other artists whose music fall under the best global music album category.
Wizkid’s album, since its release in 2020, has been doing quite well on the international scene and is already spending a total of fifty weeks on the chart.
