Sophia Momodu, the first babymama of music star Davido, has expressed gratitude to God as her daughter, Imade, turns 10 today, May 14th, 2025.
Taking to her Instagram page to share jaw-dropping photos of her daughter dressed like a real-life princess, Sophia stated that her heart is so full and God is good.

In her birthday message to Imade, last year, Sophia noted how 9 years ago, God smiled at her and since then, it has been blessings ever since. Describing her as the love of her life, she wished her a happy birthday.
Surprisingly, Davido, had made a promise to see her soon and expressed love for her.
To celebrate her birthday, Sophia threw Imade a pink-themed bash, which had in attendance Tiwa Sãvage’s son, who is bestie with Imade.
Sophia is currently in a bitter custody battle with her famous baby daddy. In June, Davido filed a lawsuit, demanding joint custody of Imade as he claimed Sophia was denying him access to her and was extorting money from him, which she denied. A week later, she had opposed his joint custody battle, citing the death of his son, among others, as reasons the singer is unfit to raise their daughter on his own.
Recall that things turned sour between Davido and Sophia after the singer publicly declared love for his now wife, Chioma Rowland, and reunited with her. This left Sophia infuriated, and she shared a post about a cat not taking rubbish from a dog. She later went on an extensive rant, accusing him of financially abusing her.
She reignited their co-parenting drama in December 2023 after she shared a screenshot of an emotional chat between her daughter and her grandmother, where she expressed heartbreak over her brother, Ifeanyi’s death, and her father’s neglect, which had caused her profound sadness
