Nollywood actress Laide Bakare is singing the praises of Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke.
Taking to her Instagram page to share a photo of her kneeling to greet the Governor, she called him a light and talk and do Governor. Praying for him, Laide hoped that he would reign long. The Yoruba actress further asked her fans what questions they have for the Governor, which many responded to.
“Let’s say you have just a question for His Excellency, Gov Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke @aadeleke_01. What will that be? I will be back to update replies guys. cc @laide.bakarehub. We call him Imole. Talk and Do Governor. Long may you reign sir”.
Last month, Laide Bakare celebrated the Governor on his 2nd anniversary as governor of the state. She noted how the Governor had achieved so much in a short time as she expressed how incredible it was to see all he had accomplished. Expressing excitement at his forthcoming projects, she appreciated him for his leadership, inspiration, and hard work.
In February, Laide bagged an appointment as the Senior Special Assistant to the Osun State Governor On Entertainment, Art, Culture, and Tourism.
Speaking out, Laide announced that it was a new dawn for her as the appointment had kick-started her journey into politics. Calling herself honourable, she appreciated the Governor for trusting her and allowing her to serve as she pledged to the people of Osun State.
Following the appointment, Laide had tooted her horns as she reintroduced herself. She revealed that she is the CEO of Simline Estate developer, a philanthropist, a prolific artist/filmmaker, a serial entrepreneur, and the SSA to Governor Adeleke.
In July, Laide, while attending the burial ceremony of the mother of the Chief of Staff, with her daughter, had met Davido. The duo had taken pictures with the singer, as Laide expressed excitement at meeting him.
